🙅‍♀️ Automatically start Opal if I use distracting apps X times#153

Allow me to set usage specific triggers such as “if I open facebook 3 times in an hour, start Opal’ or “if I use facebook before 10am” ( service x times in x hours). Start a session etc and then monitor the next x hours for improvements?
