Make Opal faster: shield ON / OFF#25

Would it be possible for the VPN to kick in/out a bit faster? When I give a 10 minute break, it usually takes about a minute of reloading to actually access the site or app. And when the 10 minutes is over, I can usually keep going for a couple minutes before it actually stops.
