I’m writing to report a performance issue I’m experiencing with the Opal app on my iPhone 13.
The app has very noticeable lag, especially when opening it - it takes a long time to become responsive, and the interface freezes or reacts with a delay during the first few seconds after launch.
Device details:
• Model: iPhone 13 (128GB)
• OS: iOS 26.5
This issue happens consistently, not just occasionally, and it significantly affects the overall experience of using the app. I’d appreciate any information on a possible fix, or whether this is a known issue that will be addressed in an upcoming update.
