I feel like most of the time I waste on social media is in the evenings/times when I’m not supposed to explicitly be working. Therefore it’s hard to convince myself to turn on the blocker outright. When I’m working it’s easy to want to turn it on.
that’s very interesting feedback, thank you. Have you tried scheduling a “time off” session for times where you don’t work? For example I have one set up in the mornings from 6am to 10am (I wake up around 8) so that I don’t go to social media in the mornings with my breakfast.
